RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each piece made by Lori Morris is unique. With that in mind, it should be expected that each piece is different in its own way, making it bespoke to you.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, all items purchased through the Lori Morris shop are final sales and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item has been damaged during shipping, our return policy requires you to contact our support staff at clientservicesteam@lorimorris.com within 3 days of receipt. Please include pictures of the damaged packaging, the damaged area on the product, a brief description of the damage, and a contact phone number so that we can quickly resolve the problem for you.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders are usually completed within 24 hrs of checkout. Once an order has been placed, because of the handmade nature of our products, it cannot be cancelled.
