HOUSE OF LMD
Lori Morris is a vocabulary, a grammar. Communicating through design. Multi-layered, unapologetic. Sensory and provocative.
A creative tour-de-force, Lori Morris and the House of LMD are driven by a passion to deliver an original and thoughtful expression of place. Through the unending exploration of colour, texture, material, and the fusion of contemporary and classic, a Lori Morris creation is truly bespoke; an unforeseen experience.
Inspired by the opulence and grandeur of French design, a certain je ne sais quoi can be felt. Wonder and whimsy are balanced by modernity and refinement – an alchemy that sets Lori Morris apart.
Lori Morris and the House of LMD are internationally recognized by Architectural Digest and the Andrew Martin Interior Design Review of the World’s Top 100 Designers.
With offices in Toronto and Muskoka and an ever-expansive global portfolio, the firm has evolved in to an interdisciplinary, best of breed brand, leading the luxury design narrative.
Transforming your ultimate design dreams into a fully finished space, the LMD process creates a truly original work of art that is solely and uniquely yours. Every Lori Morris creation is an original painting, a vision that transcends mainstream rules of design resulting in a style never before seen. With a sophisticated, avant-garde edge and a finely tuned approach, a fresh new category of style has evolved that is simply called LMD.
The House of LMD follows a streamlined process for every project. As soon as a client retains the services of Lori Morris, they are assigned a Project Manager who works closely with the client and their unique project from inception to completion. Our hands-on approach provides a concierge-styled service that ensures a client’s expectations are fully realized and exceeded.
Lori Morris first establishes the scope of work, assisting in the creation of a framework to build on a client’s design vision and our inspiration palette. Once the final design has been approved and the interior construction documents have been finalized, Lori Morris and her team hand selects the leading workers, fabricators and tradespeople. With the completion of all of the schedules, drawings and other related documents Lori Morris begins construction.
